The founder
Hi, I'm Etienne.
I've been building software for more than 20 years, since my degree in software engineering at the University of Ottawa.
I've worked on the bookings and payments of an RV rental marketplace, a subscription billing engine, online ticket sales and medical devices. Twice I've built the accounting ledger at the heart of a payment system, where every cent has to add up. And I've hired and led engineering teams, as a team lead and as a director of engineering.
Caletan puts all of it to work for the studios, schools, salons and gyms that keep a neighbourhood going. I'm glad to talk in English or in French.
