Nothing booked twiceRooms, staff and equipment are held by every kind of booking. A party can't take the gym a class holds, and a teacher can't be in two rooms.
Only times that really workOnline, people see only the times when the person, the room and the equipment are all free, with your notice and your hours.
Rooms inside roomsRent half the gym and the whole gym is taken for that hour. Book the whole gym, and both halves are.
The time around the timeSetup, clean-up, turnover and processing time. A colour sets while the stylist does a cut; the next party waits for the room.
Held while they payThe spot, the ticket or the room is held for the minutes they're paying, so the last one is never sold twice.
Closures in one stepClose for a holiday or block a room for repairs, and what was booked there comes off the calendar.
