Can renters book online?
Yes, on your website. They book and pay instantly with the notice you set, or send a request you approve or decline.
Can I rent out part of a room?
Yes. Half a gym or one court is a room inside the gym: when it's rented the whole gym isn't offered, and when the gym is booked, neither half is.
Can renters add equipment?
Yes. Only the equipment free for their time is offered, each with its own price.
What if a rental runs over?
Record the end once it's started. The overtime is shown first, then charged once, at the rate you set.
Can I keep a share when someone cancels late?
Yes. It's free to cancel until the hours you set, then you keep the share of the room price you choose.
