Every way it's sold
Nine ways to sell a show. All of them here.
However you sell it, it's held on the calendar and paid at one checkout, with your website, messages and payments around it.
On the calendar
The hall held from setup to strike.
- A performance in your own space holds it for setup and strike.
- Staff working a show are held for it.
- The last tickets can't be sold twice: they're held while the buyer pays.
- Moving a show keeps its tickets and tells every buyer.

Classes and camps
Don't see yours? If it runs on a calendar, it runs on Caletan.

One calendar, every kind of booking.
Run more than tickets and events? They share the same rooms, staff and checkout, and never take each other's time.
Questions
What people ask us.
Do buyers need an account?
No. A name and an email is enough, and their tickets arrive by email, each with its own code.
How does the door work?
Door staff scan each ticket on a phone. A ticket scans once; a second scan says when and by whom it was used.
Can dancers' families buy first?
Yes. A presale opens only the shows their dancer is in, with a limit per dancer, before public sales.
Who pays the booking fee?
You choose: the buyer pays it on top, shown before they pay, or you absorb it and they pay the ticket price only.
Is there reserved seating?
Not yet. Performances are general admission for now, each with its own capacity.
