Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: February 25, 2026 Effective Date: February 25, 2026
Reservita Inc. ("Reservita," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring that Caletan is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement outlines our ongoing efforts to improve the digital accessibility of our platform.
1. Our Commitment
We believe that every user deserves equal access to our platform, regardless of ability. Reservita is committed to providing a digital experience that is inclusive, usable, and accessible to the widest possible audience. Accessibility is an ongoing effort that we integrate into our design, development, and content creation processes.
2. Standards
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all areas of our platform, we recognize that accessibility is an evolving practice and we are continuously working to improve.
3. Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the following digital properties operated by Reservita:
- Marketing website -- The public-facing Caletan website, including all informational and promotional pages.
- Web platform -- The Caletan web application used by studio owners, administrators, staff, and families for class management, enrollment, scheduling, and communication.
- Mobile application -- The Caletan iOS and Android mobile apps.
4. Our Efforts
We take the following measures to support the accessibility of Caletan:
- Keyboard navigation -- We design our interfaces to be fully navigable using a keyboard alone, ensuring that users who cannot use a mouse can access all functionality.
- Alternative text -- We provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, icons, and non-text content so that screen reader users can understand the information conveyed.
- Color contrast -- We aim for sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background elements to ensure readability for users with low vision or color vision deficiencies.
- Semantic HTML -- We use proper heading structures, landmark regions, form labels, and ARIA attributes to ensure that assistive technologies can accurately interpret and convey our content.
- Responsive design -- Our platform is designed to be usable across a range of devices and screen sizes, including when users zoom or enlarge text.
- Testing -- We incorporate accessibility checks into our development workflow, including manual testing with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
5. Third-Party Content
Caletan integrates with third-party services such as payment processors, mapping tools, and communication platforms. While we work with our partners to encourage accessibility in their products, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content or functionality will fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility concerns related to third-party integrations where possible.
6. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Caletan. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty using any part of our platform, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and will work with you to resolve any issues as promptly as possible.
