However you sell it, it's held on the calendar and paid at one checkout, with your website, messages and payments around it.

Weekly classesSame day, same time, all season. Sessions keep coming a year ahead, each holding its room and teacher.
Terms and seasonsFall, Winter, Spring. Returning families register first, before the season opens to everyone.
Monthly tuitionBilled on the 1st by itself, prorated for a late start, with sibling discounts worked out.
Full coursesOne price for the whole course, in full or in payments. Late joiners pay for the classes left.
Drop-insOne class, one session, booked and paid online or at the desk.
Class packsTen classes to use by a date, counting down each time they're marked present.
Trial classesA first class to try, booked into a real session with room for them.
Make-up classesA missed class becomes a make-up, booked into another session with a free spot.
WaitlistsA full class takes names in order. Offer the spot, and they have 48 hours to pay.
Levels and skillsSkills ticked off on the teacher's phone, and families follow the progress.

On the calendar

The room and the teacher, held all season.

  • Every session holds its room and its teacher, a year ahead.
  • Nothing else can take them: a party, a rental or a private lesson sees the room as busy.
  • Move a class, and its trials, make-ups and drop-ins move with it. Families hear the new time.
  • Close for a holiday, and that day's classes come off the calendar.

What people ask us.

Can families register several children for several classes at once?

Yes. One checkout holds every child and every class, with the tuition, the yearly fee, sibling discounts and tax worked out, and one payment.

Do you handle monthly tuition and payment plans?

Yes. Monthly tuition bills itself on the 1st, prorated for a late start. A full course can be paid in full or in 2 to 12 payments.

What happens when a class is full?

Families join the waitlist in order. Offer a spot, and they're enrolled at once, with 48 hours to pay.

Can teachers take attendance on their phone?

Yes. Tap a name for present, again for absent. Class packs, drop-ins and make-ups count themselves.

Can adults register themselves?

Yes. Adults register as themselves, and families register their children, each from their own account.
