Reservita Inc. ("Reservita," "Caletan," "we," "our," or "us") operates Caletan. These are the companies that handle personal information for us in running Caletan, what each one does, and where. In our Data Processing Agreement they are our Sub-Processors. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Each of them is bound by a written agreement to use the information only to provide its service to us, and to keep it secure. Where one is outside Canada, the information may be reached by that country's authorities under its laws.

2. Networks a Business Chooses to Post To
A business can connect its own Facebook Page, Instagram account, Google Business Profile or TikTok account, so that posts it writes in Caletan are shared there. When it does, Caletan sends that network only the posts the business publishes, with their photos and videos.
- Facebook and Instagram: Meta Platforms, Inc., in the United States.
- Google Business Profile: Google LLC, in the United States.
- TikTok: TikTok Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, in Singapore and the United States.
These networks act under their own terms with the business, not for Caletan. A business that never connects one shares nothing with it. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to disconnect one.
3. Changes to This List
We will tell every business that uses Caletan, by email to its owner, at least 30 days before a new provider begins handling personal information, or one is replaced, as Section 7 of our Data Processing Agreement says. A business may object within 14 days of that notice.
