Can parents book online?
Yes. They see only the times when the rooms and a host are free, and pay a deposit to book.
How do guests reply?
The parent shares one invitation link. Guests say whether they're coming, and the parent sees who is.
When is the balance charged?
When the final count locks, a few days before the party, on the card the parent booked with.
What if more children come?
Extra children are priced above the number included, up to the package's most, and staff can add walk-ups at check-in.
Can a party be moved?
Once, free, more than 7 days before. Cancelling before the lock refunds everything but the deposit.
