What people ask us.

Can clients book online?

Yes. They see only the times that really work, pick anyone or someone in particular, and pay a deposit if you ask for one.

Does it handle processing time?

Yes. While a colour processes, the stylist is free for a cut in the gap, and comes back to finish.

Can I take a deposit, or charge for a no-show?

Yes. Ask for a deposit to book, and set a late-cancel or no-show fee. The deposit comes off the bill at checkout.

Can clients book several services at once?

Yes. Several services are booked as one visit, with add-ons, and it's booked whole or not at all.

Do clients get reminders?

Yes. A reminder goes out the day before, by email or by text where they've said yes.
