Recitals and the family presale

A recital is an event like any other, with two things more: the running order of each show's classes, and a presale when your dancers' families buy first.

The running order

From a show's More, Acts lists the classes dancing in it, in order. Move a class up or down, take one out, or Add a class. Acts between a dancer's dances gives dancers time to change: a dancer in two acts closer than that is named, so you can move one apart.

Families first

In the event's More options, Families from and Everyone from set when each can buy, and Each dancer's family buys, a show limits how many. Until everyone can, families buy only for the shows their dancers are in, signed in to their account; the event's page says when everyone else can.

Families of our dancers buy first

A family's tickets are on their Home, each order opening its tickets and their codes.

Tickets with the recital fee

A recital fee can include tickets: say, 2 Adult tickets for each dancer. In Settings, Fees, open the fee (or New fee), tap More options, and choose what Each dancer gets and How many.

The recital fee includes 2 Adult tickets to the Spring Recital Fees, the recital fee saying what it includes

At checkout, the fee is charged for each dancer whose class brings it, a line naming each, so it's known whose was paid. When their family buys tickets, the included ones come off first, at no charge and with no booking fee, "Included with Mia's recital fee", and they count toward the family's presale limit. Once claimed for one show, they're gone for the others.
