Found on Google
Your website is built to be found: each page tells search engines what it is, and your classes are described the way Google reads them. There's nothing to set up.
What search engines read
- Each page's title names your business, such as About - Maple Dance.
- Its description is the first words on the page, unless you write your own.
- Your business and each class are described in the form search engines read: what it is, who teaches it, and where.
- Each page has one address, so search engines keep one copy of it.
- A sitemap lists every page on your site, each class and each teacher's page; your accounts and checkout are kept out.
- A shared link shows your home page's photo, or your logo.
A page's own description
Open a page's Page settings for its name in the menu and its address. Description for search engines, under More options, is what Google shows under the page's name; left empty, it's the page's first words.

A page kept off the site isn't in the sitemap until it's on the site again; one only out of the menu still is.
