Signing in, and seeing what families see
You and your team sign in on caletan.com, and your families on your own website. Each can use Google, a password, or a link emailed to them.
Signing in
On caletan.com, tap Sign in, in its menu. Tap Continue with Google, or give your email and password and tap Sign in. You land on Today.
Rather not use a password? Email me a sign-in link instead sends you a link that works once, for 15 minutes. The page never says whether an email has an account, so nobody learns who's with you by trying.

Families sign in on your website, from My account in its menu, where the page names your business: Sign in, to Maple Dance. A family new to you taps Create an account. Someone who's a family at two businesses has a separate account at each, with its own password. On the web, caletan.com signs in only your team, so a family's sign-in is always on your site.

A forgotten password
- Under the password, tap Forgot your password?
- Give your email and tap Email me a code. The email has a sign-in link and a six-digit code.
- Type the code and a new password of 8 characters or more, and tap Save and sign in.
The code works once, for 15 minutes; a wrong or old one says That code isn't right, or it has expired. Ask for a new one. Families reset theirs the same way, on your website.

Signed in, your menu, top right, has Set a password, or Change your password, which asks for the current one first. Started with Google? Google and emailed links go on working beside it.
Seeing what families see
Your menu, top right, has Switch to customer mode: Maple Dance as its families see it, with you as the customer. Home, Schedule, Payments and Messages are along the bottom, as on a family's phone. In customer mode, your business's own pages, such as Students, open Home instead, and a link to your website goes to its own address.

Switch to business mode, in the same menu, takes you back to Today. Each browser opens in the mode you left it in. Everyone on your team has the switch on caletan.com; on your own website, everyone sees your business as a customer.
