Setup, clean-up and processing time

Some bookings need time around them: a room set up before a party, a chair cleaned after a colour, a hall put back after a rental. That time holds the room, or the person, like the booking itself, so nothing is booked into it.

Appointments

A service's More options has Setting up and clearing up: the minutes kept free before and after it. A colour's wait while it develops is different: the client keeps their chair, but the stylist is free (see Processing time).

Parties

Each room of a package has Set up, min before and Clear, min after, and the package has Host before and Host after, for the host's time either side. A party shows each room's set-up and clear-by times, and its host's whole time.

Rentals

A room for rent has Put back after, held after every rental and never charged. A renter can also ask for Setup and Teardown minutes; they're part of the renter's time, and priced with it.
