Refunds

Families can ask for a paid bill's money back, and you decide: back to their card, as credit with you, or not at all, with a reason. You can refund any paid bill yourself too.

A family asks

On a paid bill, a family taps Ask for a refund and says why. They see your answer on the same bill: refunded, or declined with your reason, and they can ask again.

Asking for Ballet 1's $124.30 back Declined: session already attended

You answer

Billing's Refunds tab lists what families have asked back. The bill says what they asked and why; tap Review refund.

Maria's request, waiting Maria asked for $60.00 back

Choose how much, and where it goes: back to their card, in 5 to 10 days, or Credit here, used first on their next bill. For a class, End their place opens the spot. A refund can't be taken back.

$60.00 back to Maria's card $50.00 as credit, Mia's place kept

Deny instead asks why. Nothing is refunded, and they see your reason on the bill.

Denying Maria's request

Without a request, Refund on any paid bill does the same. Tickets are refunded from their order (see An event and its shows), and appointments and parties when they're cancelled.
